Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Peakify collects when you install our apps or visit peakifyapps.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We keep this short because privacy documents shouldn't be an exercise in stamina.

Data we collect

When a merchant installs a Peakify app we receive the standard data Shopify shares with apps: store name, store domain, owner contact email, product catalogue, and order data relevant to running the features you enabled. We do not access end-customer personal information such as shopper emails, phone numbers, or shipping addresses.

On marketing pages like this one we log basic analytics: pages visited, device type, and aggregate traffic sources using first-party tooling. No data is shared with third-party ad platforms.

How we use it

We use the data to run the features you asked for (displaying a bundle, triggering a free gift, reporting offer activity), to respond to support requests, and to improve how Peakify apps work. We do not sell your data. We do not send your data to ad networks.

Cookies

We use a first-party cookie to keep you logged in on admin pages, and a lightweight analytics cookie on the marketing site. You can block either in your browser without breaking anything important.

Third parties

A small number of vendors help us run Peakify: hosting, error monitoring, email delivery, support chat. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and only touches the data needed to do their job. Data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States.

Data retention

We keep your store data for as long as your Peakify subscription is active. After you uninstall a Peakify app, your store's data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days, consistent with Shopify's requirements. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about your store, ask us to delete it, or take your data elsewhere. Uninstalling a Peakify app automatically schedules that store's data for deletion within 30 days, as required by Shopify.
